Two of my biggest fears in life are friends of mine not coming home from Israel for one reason, and friends of mine not coming home from Israel for a different reason.

they either become frum, find themselves and stay, or they make the mistake of riding a bus...and stay.

I just came back from Israel, two days ago, if that helps at all.
