I'm realizing that I have no idea which of my friends actually wear makeup. I tend to assume that none ever do, or perhaps a few do for special occasions only. But I could be way off base.
When I was high school aged, a friend asked me where she could get makeup like the kind that I was wearing, because we had similar coloring and "it looks s natural." I had a hard time keeping a straight face as I told her that it WAS natural.
I do wear makeup sometimes, but more to play dress-up than for reals. Like sometimes on Friday nights. You know. Maybe it counts as theater? I'm not playing a part for an audience though, I'm just plain playing.
