I'm realizing that I have no idea which of my friends actually wear makeup. I tend to assume that none ever do, or perhaps a few do for special occasions only. But I could be way off base.
I replied assuming that by makeup you meant lipstick/eye shadow/blush/mascara/etc. i.e. things that are visible and make you look different. I use powder foundation almost every day just to cover up blemishes and such, but I don't really consider that makeup since it's not visible (it just hides stuff instead).
Yeah, I don't really consider my lip balms "makeup," even the ones that alter my lip color, because I'm using them primarily to keep my lips from getting chapped. (And none of my lip balms alter my lip color more significantly than me looking like I've just had a nice scoop of chocolate ice cream.) If I did, I'd have to say that I wore makeup every day, though.
