I'm realizing that I have no idea which of my friends actually wear makeup. I tend to assume that none ever do, or perhaps a few do for special occasions only. But I could be way off base.

If it were there, I would have actually picked something like "I used to wear it regularly, but now I only wear it on rare occasions, like for a formal ball or something.(And I identify as a girl/woman.)" I think it was something I did more in high school, but now I realize that I like how I look without makeup. Also, I'm lazy. That's the reason I stopped wearing contacts regularly and made glasses my default.

I'd call that "less than once a week". And yeah, I have a feeling laziness plays into this for at least a handful of people.
