Since I don't want to say which way I voted because that would kind of give it away, I'll give my opinions favoring both positions:
Video game: The shot seems too crisp, too bright, too clean to be "real." It also looks awkward, but then still shots often do. And the fact that I can't see their faces makes me suspicious because if I could, I think the faces would give it away immediately.
Real live: If that shot really is from a video game it's one of the best video game shots I've ever seen, which makes me suspicious of it being from a game. The lighting/shading is too good, also, and the wrinkles in the uniforms are very realistic.
