Well, the names and numbers (Johnson-20 and Jackson-21) are correct for the players in question, but the uniform colours look just a bit off, and the legs are surprisingly shiny, so I'm going with my gut and saying video game, but it's a real indecisive answer even then.
I wanted to say Real Life at first, but the focus strikes me as very strange. I'd be surprised if an actual photographer could get that shot in that focus. But, hey, it's an art for a reason.
40-53$? That's not so bad. and it said on the app to e-mail bev it was problematic. tell her it would be problematic. and i can totally chip in for gas/tolls. and don't you have a job or something?
maybe i could pay you to be my ride, and that would include some of the JITW cost...
Since I don't want to say which way I voted because that would kind of give it away, I'll give my opinions favoring both positions:
Video game: The shot seems too crisp, too bright, too clean to be "real." It also looks awkward, but then still shots often do. And the fact that I can't see their faces makes me suspicious because if I could, I think the faces would give it away immediately.
Real live: If that shot really is from a video game it's one of the best video game shots I've ever seen, which makes me suspicious of it being from a game. The lighting/shading is too good, also, and the wrinkles in the uniforms are very realistic.
if that's a video game i want to know which one, because the rendering is just awesome -- the wrinkles are fantastically realistic; only the shiny legs make me wonder.
if this is real life, the photo was retouched (background blurred, legs smoothed).

And have you decided on JITW? I want to bring shiny things, like hotplates and lasagne, but that doesn't work on a greyhound bus...

Censorship is wrong. Even when it's right.
