Now that I'm unemployed, I feel like I should join a gym. It's always good to stay active and stuff, and probably even more so when you're unemployed, to avoid turning into a blob of jello and lapsing into depression.
So Penn's gym has this special membership for alumni. I could join for about $20/month through the end of August. And it's not that far for me; only about a 20 minute walk.
The catch? With this membership, I'm only permitted in the gym from 6am-8am, Monday-Friday.
Is it worth it? Will I actually wake up in time to go? Should I just buy DDR and get my exercise that way?

Is there even a question here? Truly, the answer is obvious.

DDR is nice for cardio and all, but a gym is good for weights.

And I was employed full time for a grand total of like 4 months. I hadn't gotten good enough at managing my time to even think about squeezing in the gym.

Anyway, it's more fun to play on the real thing at the arcade rather than a home pad :P
