of the things you want to do at some point in your life, here are the ones i want to do with you:
* daven mincha with a minyan at a rest stop, preferably on the Jersey Turnpike
* Take a train somewhere I've never been before
* Cook cholent for the LJ Abuse Team [I like cooking cholent, duh, and I'd love to see LJers IRL, plus I don't think I've ever seen you cook; the most I've ever seen any of this crowd cook is Cheese and Macaroni, Kraft-style, between movies/making out at Dov's house. Not what you'd call gourmet.]

[I can't remember what the aurora borealis is so i don't know if i want to see it - is it the northern lights, in Alaska?]

I think you should have people sign up to do these things with you. [Finding someone to sign up to invite your family's domestic employee to your wedding with you, however, might be tricky at this state, since getting married is not a signing-up type thing.]

You cooked with me! The spaghetti, remember? It was yummy :-)

you seem to be misled. while i am a hardcore self-rightous vegan, i still enjoy the smell [and vicarious eating, through friends] of former animal cholent. mmmmm... cholent fleische.... shalvi schachter makes killer cholent. with fleische. and i ate it when i was a seventeen-year-old vegetarian.

good luck with your cooking adventures.

i think i'd prefer the train trip, as it's less commitment and far less heteronormative [except you and i marrying wouldn't be so het, now would it? that's an enticing idea]. eh. i'm tossing a coin - call it in the air!
