You post a private entry, and then start refreshing every 5 minutes to see if anyone commented.

I might edit and make public or semi-public, but I'd have to decide what to edit. We'll see...

Man, I gotta stop doing this. Apparently I am a tease. But it's not that big a deal, and now if I post it it'll seem like a letdown after all the hype, etc...

you have an LJ and a UJ and one is your home page and the other is your first listed favorite.

you know you're addicted when you have enough friends on each journal to merit having one to use "just for comments"

you know you're addicted when you have all those comments sent directly to your email so when you look at the "new mail" red dot on the side of your screen you think "hmm has someone commented on my entry?" and drop everything to check your email

oh, and the email method is much simpler than the refresh, but i do the refresh thing to ... just to see if someone commented on the comments.

so you're not alone in this addiction ^_~

oh.. and the actual point of this mini rant... you should post it anyway... let down or not in your eyes... you'll probably get comments ^^
