(no subject)

After a stressful day, I tend to be inclined to stay up relatively late before going to bed at night. I think I subconsciously appreciate the longer transition after the stress of the day; give my brain a chance to unwind without shutting off, or something.

Anyway, I've been sleeping fine but not getting nearly enough sleep lately. And I don't think that's going to change anytime soon. Yay, stress!

Yes, this. It's particularly problematic when you get out of work at 10pm. I can never go straight from work to bed, and it usually takes 3 or so hours of being home to wind down... which means I'm always awake at the most useless time of the day, and not able to get up as easily for the portions that could be productive.
