At work I ran a webinar for people who could not figure out how to use Meeting Wizard. We're talking not just set up an account, there was one person who could not even click through the link they get in their email when someone invites them to a meeting!
While I was running the webinar, the head of the office walked by. The next morning he said to me, "I had a feeling I knew how it was going when I heard you spelling 'Yahoo' for someone."
It was a bit of an FML moment, but thankfully my job has plenty of good stuff going for it. Also makes for good stories ^.^
