I have about 100 CDs. A decent number. I keep about 35 or 40 of them in CD binders, and that selection of binder CDs hasn't really changed in 4 years, aside from a handful of new additions. And I never really listen to anything that's sitting in my tower racks and not in the binders.

Until now. I'm trying to go through them, one a day, until I've gone through all that aren't as pathetic-looking as the Batman Forever soundtrack. So far I've hit Reel Big Fish's Why Do They Rock So Hard? and Queen's Greatest Hits. I'm really enjoying it.

Oooh, let's take a vote. Which should be next? Let's see, which few look most appealing? There's Recovering the Satellites or August and Everything After by Counting Crows, Tigerlily by Natalie Merchant, Up by REM, and Jagged Little Pill by Alanis Morissette. What do you think?

Credit where due, hello?

Yeah who gave you that Alanis CD. Yeah. Which might I add has nothing on Recovering the Satellites, which is still in semi-regular rotation with me. Interestingly Natalie Merchant just came up on random on my computer, on the other hand, and she does sound fucking gorgeous and it sure has been a while. I'd say Natalie tomorrow, Adam the day after.
