Just so I don't forget, the following makes for a tasty salad:


1 tub o' spinach (this one also had some arugula and something else)
2 smallish peppers of interesting colors
1 apple
1 pear (none of the brown ones were ripe, but the green one worked fine)
goat cheese (the container wasn't more specific as to what kind...)
walnuts
craisins
raspberry dressing

serves 10-12


(msschein, your name was invoked many times in the eating of this salad. It's not an exact salad you've made, to my knowledge, but it's definitely inspired by yours. We missed you this weekend!)

i like this salad and have made similar ones, but the question is, how do you make the dressing?

Oh, that's easy. I used the following ingredients:
