Election day!

Four years later. Should I write myself in again? (For those of you new to the story, I was once elected to an official position, and then the chair of Duke's Political Science department blogged about me.)

I'd always thought your election judge position was a volunteer thing. I guess, in a way, it is ;-)

Run only if you are also planning to quickly advance up the ranks to governor, though you are not remotely qualified, then quit halfway through because the speaking tour opportunities are more lucrative and you want to use said speaking platform to foment divisions and internal strife within your political party. Also, be a sexy MILF with a hefty side of ignorance. And wear Tina Fey glasses.

Go for it! Want to pick a new position to write yourself in for this year?

Of course...

Of course you should do it again.

And then I'll blog about it again.

Did you enjoy doing the job? Find it meaningful to be a part of democracy? If yes, then do it! :)

Do it, and then we can call you Judge Desh again.
