For the second time, among people my age who I know well and who aren't Orthodox Jews, a couple just got engaged.

Count yourself lucky, I went to three weddings in the last year.

ok, as I sent that I remembered the friends who got married in my absense. At least 4 got married while I was in philly, and one more will be married next summer. --- Oh and the real test of getting old is the number of people you know who have broken up because marrage became to stressful of an idea. you know the point when commitment issues become a real problem...

And I don't know any orthodox jews, well, except 5 maybe, and three of those guys are living with girlfriends.
