Yesterday evening I ate lots of ice cream and watched 3 hours of TV and didn't clean anything and didn't fold any laundry and went to bed before 11.

This morning I woke up and successfully started my car and went to work without an umbrella or jacket. (And then saw a bunch of sweet LJ comments from y'all. Thanks.)

Things are starting to look up again.
