Wow. I just haven't kept that kind of records (the way I have for my 15 Phish shows). To the best of my memory:

This wasn't all from records; a lot was memory and the wiki. Unfortunately I couldn't peg down the dates of those first two of yours, but the third was May 22, 2003, and are you sure that the last wasn't at Borders, perhaps on Feb 15, 2005?

Thanks for the link to the wiki! So the second was December 28, 2002. The fourth must have been Virgin Megastore, November 18, 2003 (i knew it was a big chain but forgot which). The Harvard show must have been on the DL.
