1. http://falconridgefolk.com/performers.html 2. the price. Totally, totally reasonable for what you get. 3. Dude! It's Falcon Ridge! It's awesome! And what's a summer without a folk fest, really? 4. On the practical side, there's a nonzero chance you can hitch a ride with me and Ross and we can all save on gas money. I can't promise anything yet -- I'm not even sure if he's *going* yet -- but it's a chance. 5. EILEEN IVERS 6. We'll each know all of four people there (probably in non-overlapping social circles). Together, we've just doubled the people we'll know! Yay! 7. Eileen Ivers. 8. If you wander by the dance stage, your chances of seeing me look like an utter nurd are high. I mean, higher than usual. Photographic blackmail is possible. 9. Camping in the Berkshires > work 10. You know you want to! C'mon, you totally want to. You'll be there, right? Right? Sure you will. Just give in and admit it :D
Seriously the GREATEST festival. It kicks Philly's butt all around.
This will be my 10th consecutive year there and I am super psyched.
Ok here's something else: I camp with Lower Camp Fruvous... Upper Camp Fruvous is known as "the Budgiedome" and they hold their own concerts after the regular stage is finished. The website says stuff from last year but you get the idea: http://budgiedome.org/ Here's from Fruhead.com: http://www.fruhead.com/mod/forum/view-thread.php?thread_id=2290 And they're not the only "unofficial" stage in the campground, either.
And actually... I STILL NEED A RIDE. I have a ride back to Philly on Sunday, I just don't yet have a ride TO the festival. I'm flying from London to Philly on Thursday, so I need a ride from my sister's place in Warminster, PA to FRFF on either Thursday night or Friday morning. I can supply gas money and whatever you want. If you know anyone who has space in a car then... let me know!!!
hmm... I'm not sure who you know. Actually, a lot of the people I know who go to FRFF have given up on PFF altogether.
I'm a festival whore, I will go to ALL festivals. Even when they are on the other side of the country. Even when I am on a layover on the way home from England.

I wonder if, should your Goob and my Goob ever be in a room together, the universe will collapse...
