desh travel announcement

I've decided to not follow through with my plans to go to Israel over Passover. It's just too much money that I'd rather save for other things, and too many vacation days that I think I'd rather use in smaller bursts to visit more local people. Less stressful that way. I do apologize to those of you who I haven't seen in months and who I won't be visiting, and especially to those of you who are there longer than just this school year. I wish I could do it all.

So speaking of other trips, I'm thinking about going to San Francisco sometime in late March or early April for a long weekend. Who'd be around to hang out? Who'd be around to put me up for a night or two? Who'd want to travel there with me (either then or some other time; I'm flexible)?

Yeah, the current plan is to either spend Shabbat and 1st seder with you and 2nd seder with another family in the MD suburbs, or vice versa. Any sense of which seder would work out better for me to spend with you?

Not yet, but the first seder comes with the end of Shabbos, and that's cool. Just glad to have you.
