Yay, Facebook April Fools joke! Apparently the gag is randomly-inserted things in the news feed.

I think it's Grey's Anatomy, but I also think it can be funny regardless. I mean, I definitely have friends whose relationship statuses look like that.

This might sort of explain it. Basically, "I'm in ur [noun], [verb]ing ur [noun]" is a random catchphrase that's been going around for a year or so. I'd bet that most people who know it don't know the origin, but instead know something like this better.

Even without that, though, I still think the facebook thing is funny because of the self-reference.

The best part of this was that they were time-zone appropriate, not US-centric like Google and LiveJournal. So At 2am 1April my time, Facebook had inserted those things (which were gone for me by 1am 2April). But since at the beginning of my 1April the games hadn't all finished, it said, UCLA and Ohio or something. And only later changed to say Ohio and UF.
