Yeah, see, to me "meet market" is too benign. I usually hate these situations, in part because people see each other as nothing more than meat. So my preference is to have "meat" be the explicit half of the pun, and "meet" be the implied half.
As is usually the case with these things, though, it didn't occur to me that the other way was viable until I met someone who preferred it.
