Well, it's the primary, so it's a matter of picking within the party. And if you meant voting incumbent-line, then yes, it's dirty!

In off-years like this, generally a big part of why I go is to make a point of not voting for judges, because I think the judicial election system here is horribly corrupt. But there are at least a couple of contested primaries in Philly; maybe you have some out there too.
