It's official

American Business Financial Services to Wind Down Operations and Liquidate Assets...

My official last day is April 18th.

Though if I have nothing to do on a particular day, I don't really need to be here. (In other words, [livejournal.com profile] meganruth4, we should probably talk.)

Dude, I love Toronto, and 8 months out of the year I'd love to live there. But I could barely handle Philly's winter this year, and it was a mild one.

Folks will correct me if I'm wrong here, I'm sure, but Toronto's winters are probably comprable to Ann Arbor, MI's winters. And if this LA boy could handle that, so can you. Beside's depending on where you live in that city, you can get from work to home without ever going outside. At least that's the way that underground mall seems to an occasional visitor like. If all else fails, I'm sure the LDC is hiring annotators. And I am trying to track down the guy studying prairie dog linguistics.

Um, I wasn't going to tell you yet, but I've actually been strongly considering (c)...

(a) and (b) seem highly unlikely, though. If I'm able to go up at all, it's going to be either late Saturday or early Sunday (or both), after Fling festivities have died down enough. I wish NYC weren't such a detour, but it is.
