Friday nights: Mostly young adults, people between my age and about 7 years older, some of whom I've become rather good friends with over the past year. A fair amount of light gossip and maybe a little cliquiness, but not in the hurtful middle-school way.
Saturday mornings: Mostly families, including some parents of old high school classmates. Also some college-age friends. And as many as 4 rabbis, all of whom know me.
Saturday afternoons: About 10-15 people, mostly me plus a bunch of 35-55 year old guys who make fun of each other for what sports teams they root for. Maybe a wife or two thrown in for good measure.
I'm starting to love my synagogue. All the crazy facets of it.
