Wow, I've been so busy that I didn't even remember to post on the 31st...
10 years (and one day) ago I made one of the best decisions of my life. She and I have been together ever since. My 1992 Civic and I, 70000 miles and countless road trips and saving my life and my first kiss (not with her, weirdo, but she was a part of it) and the most permanent sense of home I've had since I was a kid.
Happy anniversary.
(Accidents and home and getting a bit freaked out after hundreds of miles and the first time I remembered our anniversary and operations and organ transplants and some amazing parking spots.)
(And thanks always to my grandparents, who passed away almost 5 years ago, for making it all possible, and for everything else.)
