OK, it's official. I'm obsessed with Kid Nation. Completely.

Anyone else been watching?

Pffft. I read the book, I don't have to see the movie.

I'm watching...and also obsessed. It makes me cry every week.

I don't get all the criticism. Yes, it's a little artificial. It's basically one big summer camp experiment. And yet, waching these kids struggle with the problems adults haven't figured out is much more...REAL than any other reality television show. And as for whether they were exploited - please. Those kids were better taken care of than 95% of kids living in this country today.

I was flipping stations, stopped for two seconds, and realized I must not watch any longer or I would not be able to look away.

Also surprisingly engrossing: America's Next Top Model.

Yes. I haven't watched last night's episode yet, but will probably do so today. I think it should win an Emmy. It's that good.

i watched the premiere episode... i was hoping it would be less structured, but i it was still pretty fascinating
