* Baked marinated tofu
* Quinoa pilaf
* Sweet carrots
* Shepherdess pie (layers of brown rice, corn, refried beans, cheese, and mashed sweet potatoes)
* Challah, wine, and perhaps something for dessert

And I'm cooking the first four. See, when I say I can't cook, I just mean that I have a very limited repertoire. But what I have? Can be good.
