Okay, I've decided I'm sick of loving one album by a band and not buying any more. Therefore, I will soon be purchasing:
The Josh Joplin Group - Useful Music
Josh Joplin - Jaywalker (And dammit, why does this guy only ever play Philly shows on Fridays? I'm getting sick of this.)
Decemberists - Castaways and Cutouts
Live At the World Cafe, Volume 18 (Though if I can hold out until 19, that one looks better.)
Now, if only k.d. lang would put out another album of her covering various Canadian Artists, I'd be thrilled.
This concludes the normal-music portion of my summer. Two weeks from now, I'll be raving about some 70 year old guy with 3 arms who plays steel table guitar and bagpipes simultaneously while singing broadsheet ballads, or something.
